Children

They say, children are angels. They make you forget your problems. They put smiles on our faces. They give us hope. and, i say, true!

These two kids, they always make me smile. When they tend to be sweet to me, i forget my woes and all the more i have a reason to smile about. Although, at times, i get cranky, when i see them play and just laugh their hearts out, i'd feel fine. When i feel down, especially, when Angel calls me and say, "Daddy, peram ipod mo, play lang ako...(yeah, pati sa ipod, phone, kaagaw ko na rin sha. haha)", it feels good. i don't know if it's just one cathartic way of release for me, but it helps.



Am i just blabbering or what? hehe...just got to say how/what i feel.

Expectations

Don't....if there's one thing that we all have got to learn and i mean, seriously, is that, "not to expect."

Simple, yet it's depressing, eh? but that's the easiest way to move..forward, that is.

I mean, i just realized, people change, things change, even Brenda (my pet, black Labrador) changed! they do! It may be sad, but i honestly believe now, nothing is constant, but change itself.

But of course, we don't regret. life is ours to miss, if we regret.

Like i said..i have hopes but no more expectations. (in just about anything...)

thoughts...these are just my thoughts...i think, i'm going to be less transparent from now on, for a change.

Black Bat Hobbit

Morning to myself. haha!

I put an entry in blogspot yesterday and it was supposed to cross-post here in Multiply..and it didn't? what gives? anyway, i got up thinking about The Lord of the Rings! haha! Had a dream about it, i was Frodo's side-kick and i was smoking Black Bat <--- kamusta? haha! i tell yah, that cig is one of the best i tried, i actually have a pack, now. LOL! So there, i remember these past few days, i wanted to check out old flicks that i liked and it turned out, yeah, it was the LOTR Trilogy. Maybe that's why i dreamed of it, ya? So i looked for my DVDs, i'll get the Blu-ray copies soon and i'll watch the Trilogy again, in awhile.

sometimes, when i'm just alone, i tend to imagine that i'd be in this super magical world where i'd have powers or i do super extra ordinary adventures in a mega mystical-enchanted place and battle the forces of darkness or just be in it. of course, that doesn't happen always, i'd probably turn myself in an institution so i could get help. hehe. OR, maybe it's just the child in me. So what am I trying to say? you guessed it! i don't know too. hahaha!!

Dahil lang naging Hobbit ako sa dream eh yun na rin ang title...pwede naman di ba? haha!!

what to say

I've nothing to say, actually. I've been meaning to write about something, just can't find a good subject to write about.

let's see.

Pretty much in the waiting mode now, especially with my moving to Canada. Canadian Embassy, Manila, had asked for the fees and settled them already. I'm just waiting for my medical exam, yeah, waiting and waiting. I'm hoping everything will go smoothly, though. One of my "barkadas" is in Manitoba now, Congrats to him! I guess i'll be seeing you there! :) Oh and one thing, i haven't saved up yet! tsk!

Those who've been furiously asking me about my status, Yes, i am still and very well devoted to my hub. Y'all know that's not going to change, right? :) Afterall, Ed is the best thing that ever happened to me. :) I have patented that already. haha! iheartyou! :*

As for my career, i'm still with the "Most Admired" company circa..ewan..so tagal na dito! LOL! i have to admit, i don't know what i'd be doing if i wasn't with cvg. hehe. It's my second home, i should say. Plus, i have a great family here. Puro sila ogags. haha! love you guys.

sad truth

Alright, the last thing i want to see after work are THREE TEENAGERS with bottles of Vodka drinking their absurd minds AT Seven-Eleven here in our village! I mean, what the EFF?! I couldn't help but called the attention of the store manager and explain why they were allowing minors to drink...at the store even?!

Well, He said they'll do something about it. They'd better! Then i politely approached those kids, asked for their age..taena..15-16...camaaan. i asked what were they doing, the guy said, drinking..OO NGA NAMAN, di ba? haha! (kakaltukan ko sana eh. tsk!) i just said, don't do it again, i'm sure your parents will not be happy if they learned about this, and ingat pag uwi...haaaay, kids nowadays, if they're not junkies/pilled/druggies, they're simply AMAZING.

Nasan na kaya values ng mga bata or natin, in general?
